Dalian Minsheng International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd.(MISACO DALIAN), was joint-ventured by Minsheng Industry Co. and Minsheng International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd.(MISACO) in 1999, under permission of the Communication Ministry of P. R. China. DALIAN MISACO is now carrying out international shipping agency business for domestic and foreign flagged vessels at the port of Dalian.

Domestic or foreign vessels' agency business including: preparing documentation; issuing Bills of Lading, transportation contracts, Demurrage and Despatch Agreement and collecting or paying relevant payment on behalf of our principles; accomplishing relevant import and export procedure for vessels' calling; arranging pilotage, berthage, loading and discharging for vessels; maintaining and transferring cargo; canvassing for cargo, booking room for cargo on board vessels, contacting for salvage, assisting concerned parties to dealing with maritime affairs; operating relevant affairs for vessels, crew members, passengers or cargo.
